How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your Carillustration package will arrive at your home in 48-72h if you live in Spain (working days).
If the order has to travel to another European country, it will take between 4 and 8 working days (depending on each country).
*In seasons of high demand there could be delays on the part of the transport companies. I recommend you to be proactive when it is a gift and order as soon as possible! :)

About the shipping process
After the purchase, you will receive an email with the summary of your order.
🛒Before the shipment is in delivery, you will receive a notice with the estimated delivery date and you will be able to make the following modifications: 1) Redirection to a nearby Service Point (*), 2) Change of date, 3) Change of address, 4) Delivery to a neighbor.
🚚Once the shipment is in delivery, the only change available will be "delivery to a neighbor". If there is no change, the delivery will be home delivery.
(*) If your package is left at the Service Point, you have 10 days to pick it up. During these 10 days, you will receive a total of 3 reminders before the company proceeds to return the shipment to the origin.
How will the package reach me?
The package will arrive wrapped in a protective bag with a shipping label. But inside is the beautiful and special envelope, it is a premium packaging decorated with my illustrations:) Inside it will come your products along with a mini illustrated gift card, the soul is in the details!
Can I return a product?
Only in case the product has been damaged during shipment or is defective. In this case, you must send me an email explaining the incident and with a photo where you can see the damage, within 12 hours after the delivery of the order, in order to manage the return.
This is a small business and it is not easy for me to manage this kind of operations.
